In addition, pay attention to the direction of rotation. If it is contrary to the regulations, any two phases of the three-phase motor of the sludge pump can be replaced to change it.
2. When starting, do not add diversion water, and the sealing packing should not be too tight, and adjust after starting.
3. Under normal circumstances, the pump should be stopped when it is empty. When the pump stops for a long time, all the water holes should be opened, and the cylinder head should be loosened, and the bottom valve should be raised to drain the water rod, and all the sediment in the pump body and pipeline should be drained.
4. When treating urban sewage, a filter is generally added in front of the sewage treatment tank.
